If your Bonza Bike Box requires a repair then we reccomend that you use only an approved Bonza Bike Box repair centre for all repairs. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs will void your warranty. See details for our approved Repair Centre below:

Repair & Warranty Procedures:

*If you purchased your Bonza Bike Box from an authorised retailer then you must contact them directly regarding a warranty claim. We understand that all authorised online stores and retail shops have their own specific warranty policies.*

Please follow the simple steps below to arrange a repair or warranty claim with our approved Bonza Bike Box 'Repair Centre'.

STEP 1: Please email repair@k2global.co.uk, with ALL of the following information:

1. Original order number.
2. Name on the original order.
3. Purchase date of original order.
4. Detailed description of the repair/ warranty claim and how it occurred (if known).
5. Product model & colour.
6. Contact information (email address and phone number).
7. Requested collection date (Monday - Friday).
8. Collection address (where you would like the bike box picked up from).

STEP 2: Please allow up to 48 hours for a response; more often than not, this will be much faster. 

STEP 3: The collection of your bike box will be arranged with the 'Repair Centre'. (Customers are always responsible for the cost of shipping for all returns.)

STEP 4: The 'Repair Centre' will determine whether or not the damage is covered by the warranty. If the warranty applies, you will be notified as to whether the bike box will be repaired or replaced. Any such repairs or replacement will be covered by Bonza Bike Box, including any costs required to return the bike box to you. If the damage is not covered under the warranty then any repairs or replacement costs will be passed onto the customer.

STEP 5: Your new/ repaired bike box will be delivered back to your door!

Please allow up to 10 working days for all repair & warranty claims to be processed and completed from the time 'Repair Centre' receives it; shipping times vary.
