At Bonza Bike Box we want to make sure all of our customers receive the highest quality in both product and service.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return or exchange within 14-days of the order.
You are entitled to a refund for bike boxes that have been unopened or a replacement for any manufacturing faults.
Please note, we cannot accept a return or exchange if:
The bike box is received after 14-days of the date of purchase.
The bike box is damaged or permanently altered in any way.*
The bike box has been used & the packaging is damaged or missing.

Whether you decide to send your bike box back for a refund or an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping cost back to us. If a refund is requested, we will refund the cost of the items returned. Shipping costs are never refunded. If an exchange is requested, we will ship the replacement bike box at no additional cost to you, but the initial shipping back to us is your responsibility.
If you purchased your Bonza Bike Box from an authorised online store or retail shop then you must contact them directly. We understand that all authorised online stores and retail shops have their own specific return policies.
Return & Exchange Instructions
To begin the return or exchange process, you must contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot accept returns without prior notification. Unnotified returns will be rejected by our warehouse and returned to you.
Once you have contacted and notified us about your return or exchange, you will need to make sure you print and fill out the Return & Exchange Form, and include it with your bike box before returning back to us.
